Registration is required for all conference participants. You may complete your registration either on-line or by using the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form.

Please note that
- The Contest Organizers are exempted from the contest registration fees.
- Above fees are valid only for the Contests, not included ICPR 2010 registration rights.
Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the authors before submission of the final manuscript
- Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying regular registration fees (not student fee) before submitting the camera-ready copy of his/her manuscript(s). Papers submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings. Please note that this fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.
- According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate in the conference.
Extra Pages:
During registration authors may purchase no more than one extra page for each accepted paper at 100 EUR per page if they find it necessary to address the concerns of the reviewers.
Confirmation:
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.
Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process.
Registration applications and payments sent after August 16th, 2010 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.
Please note that American Express and Diners will not be accepted. Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. The card number, expiration date and CVC code should be stated in the appropriate space on the reservation form.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS made
- Until July 24th, 2010: the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50 EUR for administrative charges.
- After July 24th, 2010: the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.
All refunds will be processed after the ICPR 2010 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.
Methods of Payment
Payments are to be made in EUROS.
Payments can be made using one of the methods stated below.
1) On-Line Registration:
Upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card to which the fees will be debited.
VISA, EuroCard / MasterCard are accepted for the payments.
Please note that American Express cards can not be processed.
2) Wire (Bank) Transfer:
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges.
Please make sure to indicate participant's name and all below details during the transfer.
A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide with registration form to +90 212 343 80 23
Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.

Please fill out the required fields in the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form, supply your credit card details and send the form to the Conference Secretariat.
Upon receipt of your form, registration amount will be debited from your credit card.
