ICPR 2010 is the twentieth conference of the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR).
ICPR 2010 will be an international forum for discussions on recent
advances in the fields of Computer Vision; Pattern Recognition and
Machine Learning; Signal, Speech, Image and Video Processing;
Biometrics and Human Computer Interaction; Multimedia and Document
Analysis, Processing and Retrieval; Bioinformatics and Biomedical Applications.

ICPR 2010 Policy for No-Shows
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEEXplore) if the paper is not presented at the technical meeting.
In particular, a paper accepted for the ICPR 2010 technical program will not be published on IEEEXplore if its authors or a proxy do not present the paper at the Conference.
